Soft tissue massage

Reducing tension and pain in the muscle belly and tendons using various myofascial techniques, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and Swedish techniques.

Assisted Stretching

Using assisted stretching techniques, such as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, contract-relax antagonist-contract,  and passive movement techniques to reduce muscle tension and increase motion.


Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Using a light reflexive approach, MLD reduces edema and swelling, by increasing venous return


Joint Mobilizations

Treating the joint for impairments that may limit motion, by reducing pain and addressing muscle guarding with the joint capsule and associated ligaments.

Cupping

Cupping therapy uses cups to pull the fascia and muscle up through negative pressure to relive tension in tissues. Cupping reduces edema, reduces muscle tension, and increases blood and lymph flow.


Hot St​one

Using hot stones to create a sedative and relaxing effect by relaxing muscle tissues. Beneficial for relieving muscle tension, reducing pain, and improving both blood and lymphatic circulation. 

Cold Stone​

Using cold stones to reduce swelling, helping acute injuries heal quicker, reducing headaches and sinus congestion. 

Gua Sha


Using a smooth stone (gua sha stone) to scrape along the skin and tissues to reduce muscle tension, increase muscle and joint range of motion, reduce inflammation, and increase immune response.
